Kierra Gray, LLMSW
Clinical Social Worker
I'm passionate about destigmatizing the role mental health services play in our lives, especially for Black communities and people of color. I advocate for individuals and families to seek the best treatment based on their needs. I believe that as humans, it's essential to heal from generational trauma so the next generation, as well as ourselves, can live the best life possible.
I have experience working with children, adults, and families. I work with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. As a mother myself with experience in infant mental health, I have worked with mothers at all parenting stages. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I graduated from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor School of Social Work in December 2020, concentrating on Interpersonal Practice/Mental Health as a HRSA Scholar. I also hold a B.A. in Women's Studies from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor and an MSJ from Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism.
