Do you offer sliding scale rates?

We offer sliding scales on an individual basis.

How long does each therapy session take?

We offer a free 30 minute consultation to determine if we can meet your needs and if the therapist is a good fit for you.

Our intake sessions can last up to 90 minutes, and we have 60, 45 and 30 minute sessions available as well.

What insurances do you accept?

We currently accept BCBSM, BCN, Medicare, Medicaid, United Health Care and Magellan.

What techniques do you use?

We offer CBT, DBT, grief therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
