I am a clinical social worker specializing in consultation and therapy for aging individuals, caregivers and family members as well as therapy for adults of all ages who suffer from depression or anxiety.
My therapeutic approach, using a variety of evidenced based therapies, is to:
- provide support
- meet my clients where they are on their journey
- effectively address personal life challenges
I am also experienced in assisting families with issues related to placement, medicare/medicaid, advanced directives and end of life care. My experience and dedication to the aging population enables me to establish rapport quickly with my clients and to be able to determine the best method of treatment to meet their needs through a highly personalized approach. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help build on strengths and attain personal growth.
